各委員からも「歴史的な額だ」と評価の声が出るとともに、「目に見えた成果を出すには、まずは出生率を上げるべきだ」「第二次ベビーブーム世代の最後の生む機会となるこの一、二年に、駆け込みで生んでもらえるよう、即効性のある事業が求められる」などの意見があった。
日本マクドナルド会長の原田泳幸委員は
「投資効果を得るには予算の継続が大事だ」と指摘。また「各自治体は閉鎖的にやるのではなく、効果を全国にＰＲすべき。国がお金を出して終わりではなく、知事の報告責任も必要だ」と注文した。

その中で気に入った女が居れば生かし『性奴隷』として玩具のように弄び、それに飽きると『韓国軍の従軍慰安婦』として性的搾取の人権蹂躙の限りを尽くしたのである。
従軍慰安婦など歴史問題を盾に執拗な反日政策を展開する韓国の朴槿恵（パク・クネ）大統領。 だが、実は、自国の“負の遺産”についてはダンマリを決め込んでいる。
１９６０～７０年代のベトナム戦争で、凄惨を極めた韓国軍による大量虐殺や性ビジネス。
自国のこととなると知らぬ存ぜぬ一点張りの朴氏。その理解し難き精神構造と身も凍る残虐行為の実態とは－。
今年２月の就任以降、日本に「過去を直視せよ」と迫り、安倍晋三首相との会談を拒み続ける朴氏。 日本の戦争責任を厳しく追及しているが、韓国軍が犯したベトナム戦争での蛮行に目を向けると、 「過去を…」という言葉をそのまま返したくなる。その残虐さは、近代戦争史のなかでも群を抜き、突出しているからだ。
米国の要求に応えて、韓国がベトナム戦争に参戦したのは６４年。朴氏の父親である朴正煕政権（当時）が、世論の反対を押さえて決断した。以降７３年までに、米軍以外では最大規模の延べ３０万人以上を派兵。
「青龍部隊」「猛虎部隊」「白馬部隊」という先鋭部隊が、激戦区のベトナム中部の海岸地帯に送り込まれ、“拠点防衛”を任されたという。
インドシナでの取材経験が豊富な戦争ジャーナリスト、井川一久氏（７９）は“拠点防衛”の実態をこう話す。「いわゆる『農村無人化作戦』。最初は敵を探し出し、集中的に攻撃する作戦だったが、なかなか降参しないベトナムの武装ゲリラを掃討するため、民間人が住む農村部を攻撃することにした。事前通告して村から離れないものはすべて敵とみなして殺害する。米軍と規模こそ異なるが、韓国軍の手口は残虐さを極めた」
井川氏が取材した海岸地帯のフーカイン省トイホア県では、９つの村落で計約９００人が虐殺されたとされる。韓国軍による民間人の虐殺被害者数の全容は不明だが、韓国の雑誌によれば、少なくとも９０００人以上との情報がある。
「兵士である男は村にいないので、実際に殺害されたのは女性と子供、そして、老人ばかり。 防空壕に逃げ込んだ村民を引っ張りだして片っ端から射殺したり、手榴弾を投げつけたりした。 生き残った村民からは『韓国軍は事前通告をしなかった』という証言も得た」（井川氏）
残虐方式にはパターンがあり、「子供たちの頭や首を切り落とし、手足を切断して、火に投げ込む」 「妊婦の腹から胎児が飛び出すまで軍靴で踏みつける」など、筆舌に尽くしがたい生存者の証言内容が、韓国の雑誌などで報告されている。

井川氏は「韓国軍や韓国の民間人は、村を追われて戦争難民であったベトナム人女性を『売春婦』に仕立てた。これは事実上の強制連行といえる」と強調。当時、南ベトナムの至る所に韓国人経営の性的慰安施設があり、 戦闘地には軍人専用のものがあったという。
「ある韓国軍副司令官の家に呼ばれた際に、１０代のベトナム人女性が出てきて『今夜はお宅に連れていっていいですよ』と 言われて非常に驚いた。
まさに占領国意識の塊だった。韓国人男性とベトナム人女性の混血児『ライダイハン』は１万５０００人いるといわれるが、
セックス・ビジネスと無関係ではない」
こうした負の遺産は、韓国国内で長い間、封印されてきたが、９０年代後半から韓国の市民団体などが調査、報道して顕在化した。韓国政府はいまだ正式に調査を行っていないものの、２００１年に金大中大統領（当時）がベトナム訪問の際に「不本意ながらもベトナム国民に苦痛を与えたことを申し訳なく思う」と謝罪した。
これに対し、「金大統領の歴史認識を憂慮せざるを得ない。参戦勇士の名誉を傷つけるものだ」とかみついたのが当時、野党でハンナラ党副総裁だった朴氏。今年９月のベトナム訪問でも朴氏は一切、謝罪をしていない。
「朴氏の発想の原点は『国軍の名誉』というところにある。要は、事実には目をつむるということ。自分の国の悪いことは一切言わないが、同じようなことが日本にあると攻撃する。 大統領からマスコミ、国民までみんな同じ思考で、朴氏は韓国を映し出す鏡といえる」
本紙の連載などをまとめた『呆韓論』の著者でジャーナリストの室谷克実氏はこう語り、朴氏が抱える矛盾を指摘する。
「事実をねじ曲げて『慰安婦は性奴隷』と日本を批判している韓国人は、ベトナム戦争を体験した世代。自分たちがやったことは、日本もやったはずだと思い込んでいる」

こうした負の遺産は、韓国国内で長い間、封印されてきたが、９０年代後半から韓国の市民団体などが調査、報道して顕在化した。韓国政府はいまだ正式に調査を行っていないものの、２００１年に金大中大統領（当時）がベトナム訪問の際に「不本意ながらもベトナム国民に苦痛を与えたことを申し訳なく思う」と謝罪した。
これに対し、「金大統領の歴史認識を憂慮せざるを得ない。参戦勇士の名誉を傷つけるものだ」とかみついたのが当時、野党でハンナラ党副総裁だった朴氏。今年９月のベトナム訪問でも朴氏は一切、謝罪をしていない。
「朴氏の発想の原点は『国軍の名誉』というところにある。要は、事実には目をつむるということ。自分の国の悪いことは一切言わないが、同じようなことが日本にあると攻撃する。 大統領からマスコミ、国民までみんな同じ思考で、朴氏は韓国を映し出す鏡といえる」
本紙の連載などをまとめた『呆韓論』の著者でジャーナリストの室谷克実氏はこう語り、朴氏が抱える矛盾を指摘する。
「事実をねじ曲げて『慰安婦は性奴隷』と日本を批判している韓国人は、ベトナム戦争を体験した世代。自分たちがやったことは、日本もやったはずだと思い込んでいる」

黒子のバスケ脅迫～非正規労働者達の社会へのプチテロ
要は非正規の社会へのプチ反乱だよ（笑）
バイトテロも同じ、企業が安く人を使って金儲けしたいというセコイ考えの報復攻撃だっての（笑）自業自得。
経済・産業界がバブル崩壊以降、停滞した日本経済の中でそれでも利益を出したい（カネ儲けしたい）という欲求の元、その意を汲んだ政治屋と霞ヶ関が経済成長を大義名分に生み出されたのが非正規労働者という雇用形態である。
労働の多様化、ものづくり、などと言う美辞麗句で美化することで政官財はその非正規というガス抜きで乗り越えようとしてもリーマンショック以降の社会において正規・非正規と言う階級が事実上固定化されるにつれて非正規の雇用環境における待遇への不満がマグマのように鬱積している現状の中で妬み、自暴自棄をきっかけとして吹き出物のように単発的に起きているにすぎない。
人気漫画「黒子のバスケ」をめぐる一連の脅迫事件で、警視庁は、威力業務妨害の疑いで大阪市に住む３６歳の男を逮捕した。
警視庁は、去年１０月、「黒子のバスケ」の作者・藤巻忠俊さんの母校の上智大学に、犯行声明文と硫化水素が入った容器を置くなどしたとして、大阪市に住む職業不詳の渡辺博史容疑者を逮捕した。黒子のバスケをめぐっては関連商品を扱うコンビニなどに、脅迫状などが相次いで送られていた。
渡辺容疑者は１５日、東京・恵比寿のポストに、新たな脅迫文を投函（とうかん）したところで身柄を確保されたもので、警視庁の調べに対し、「ごめんなさい。負けました」と話し、容疑を認めているという。
また、渡辺容疑者は、「藤巻さんとは面識はない。漫画家として成功したことへのやっかみがあった」と供述しているという。

「洗浄機で洗われてきれいになっちゃった」というコメント付きで洗浄機に横たわったり、
顔を突っ込んだりした画像をツイッターで投稿。さらには流し台に足をかけたり、胸をはだけ、
店の茶碗をブラジャーのように胸に当てたりした画像など、目覆わんばかりの画像も投稿していた。
問題行為が発覚して、ネットが「炎上」する騒ぎになったのは8月9日。「不衛生だ」などとクレームの電話が相次ぎ、店は閉店に追い込まれた。 そして、その後、営業を再開することなく、破産に至ってしまった。

三重県、鹿・猪肉「みえジビエ」ブランド化～家畜的食生活へのアンチテーゼ
三重は水産物だけでなく山の幸も豊富だということをもっとアピールすべきだったしこの政策は一石二鳥どころか三鳥になりうる。
鹿・猪を殺して、解体し、食す・・・我々の先人達が生きていくために当たり前のように行っていた
生きていくうえでの行為が宗教的価値観・時代ごとの為政者の都合・国家の近代化によって忘れ去られていた。
この試みは歴史的に染み付いた獣・動物の解体とそれに『従事する人達』を忌み嫌う風潮・偏見払拭、ファストＦ・ジャンクＦにまみれた家畜的食生活へのアンチテーゼになるだろう。
鈴木英敬知事は十三日の定例記者会見で、県独自の「みえジビエ（野生鳥獣肉）登録制度」を創設し、二十日から運用を始めると発表した。ジビエの解体、加工、販売の各施設が登録対象。衛生管理などを定めた県のマニュアルを守り、県の審査を経た施設に県が安全のお墨付きを与えることで、シカ肉・シシ肉の流通促進や、農林水産物の鳥獣被害軽減を図ろうという、全国初の試み。「みえジビエ」の商標登録も申請中という。
制度では、県内で捕獲されたシカ肉やシシ肉を扱う解体処理施設や加工品製造施設、飲食店などが対象。登録は一年ごとの更新制で、県の書類審査と現地調査を受け、衛生管理など県のマニュアルを守っていることが条件となる。現時点で県は、二十施設の登録を想定している。
県によると、県内では昨年度、シカとイノシシ約一千頭が解体処理されており、うちマニュアルに沿って解体されているのは約四百頭にとどまっている。
昨年の野生鳥獣による農林水産業への被害額は約七億円。うち農業への被害は、イノシシが約一億五千万円と最も多く、シカは約八千五百万円で三番目の多さとなっている。
鈴木知事は「『みえジビエ』が一つのブランドとして県内外でたくさん消費され、県の食の魅力になることを期待し、獣害の被害軽減の効果にもつなげていきたい」と述べた。
