6年前児ポ逮捕の三重・松阪の高木昭彦が今度はカーナビ窃盗で逮捕
カーナビ目当てに車上狙いを繰り返したとして、滋賀県警捜査一課などは２４日、窃盗の疑いで、三重県松阪市春日町、貸しビル業高木昭彦容疑者（５９）ら愛知、三重、岐阜県内の男女７人を、盗品等処分あっせんの疑いで三重県鳥羽市安楽島町、ホテル業熊崎広和容疑者（６８）を逮捕した、と発表した。
滋賀県内で三十数件、愛知、岐阜、三重県内などで四十数件、計８０件余りのカーナビ盗を自供しており、同課は被害額は１４００万程度に上るとみている。
逮捕容疑では、高木容疑者ら７人は５月２０～２５日、岐阜市や滋賀県栗東市などの駐車場で乗用車４台からカーナビ４台（５７万円相当）を盗んだとされる。熊崎容疑者は、高木容疑者らが盗んだカーナビ１台を、盗品と知りながらインターネットのオークションサイトを通じて埼玉県内の会社に２万６千円で売却したとされる。
同課によると、高木容疑者らは袋状の特殊な器具をドアと車体の隙間に入れ、ポンプで空気を送って袋を膨らまし、広がったドアの隙間に棒を差し込んで鍵をこじ開けていたという。窃盗グループは、会社経営を通じた顔見知りや盗品を取引する中で知り合った仲間という。

児童ポルノＤＶＤ販売 ３人逮捕、２万枚押収 松阪署など
県警少年、生活環境課、松阪署などは七日、松阪市立田町、ＤＶＤ販売業高木昭彦容疑者(53)ら三人を児童買春・児童ポルノ禁止法違反とわいせつ図画販売目的所持の疑いで逮捕したと発表した。
高木容疑者が経営する同市立田町の店舗「イエローハウス」からは、
十八歳未満や成人のポルノ映像を収めたＤＶＤ約二万枚が押収された。
ほかに逮捕されたのは、同市小黒田町、ＤＶＤ販売会社役員大野茂也(42)、
同市久保町、店員楠田浩士(35)の両容疑者。三人は容疑を認めているという。
調べでは、高木容疑者らは共謀し、小学校低学年の男児と女児、
女子高校生などのわいせつな画像を収録したＤＶＤ三枚を同店で販売目的で所持していた疑い。
松阪署などが内偵捜査を進め六日午後二時半ごろ、現行犯逮捕した。
高木容疑者らは平成十三年ごろ、業者から仕入れたＤＶＤの販売を開始。
児童ポルノを含むＤＶＤを一枚五千九百八十円で販売していた。
売り上げは一カ月に七百万円ほどあったとみられる。

 한국 정부는 일본 정부와 마찬가지로 원래 노동자의 청구권은 존재하지 않는다는 견해를 나타내고 있지만,
이러한 사법의 자세가 족쇄가되어, 향후 정책 전환을 재촉 할 수도있다.
"판결이 확정되면 한일 관계에 중대한 영향을 미칠"
10 일의 판결 선고 후 일본 정부는 외교 경로에서 이번 판결에 대한 우려를 한국 외교성에 전했다.
일본 측이 문제 삼는 것은 1965 년 한일 청구권 협정에서 "완전히 그리고 최종적으로 해결 된"
하고있는 강제 징용 전 노동자에 대한 배상 청구권을 인정한 것이다.
이 고등 법원은 피고로 한 신 일본 제철 住金에 1 인당 1 억원 (약 880 만엔)의 배상을 명령했다.
한일 외교 소식통은 "전시중인 것을 전후에있는 (한국) 헌법 정신에 위배로 판단
이해하기 어려운 판결 "이라고 말했다.
한국에서는 민주화 세력의지지를 받았다 좌파 노무현 정권 (2003 ~ 08 년)에서,
청구권 협정에 의해 보상을받지 못한 개인의 구제 작업을 시작했다.
한국 정부는 2005 년 이후 이른바 종군 위안부와 한국인 원폭 피해자, 사할린 잔류 한국인은
협정 대상에서 제외했다고 주장하고있다. 원래 여론의 동향에 흘러 가기 쉬운 경향이있는 사법계도
협정을 검토 기운이 침투 해 갔다 보인다.
다만 한국 정부는 전 징용 공의 배상 청구권은 청구권 협정의 대상으로보고 있고, 지금까지
약 2 만 7000 명의 신고를 접수, 합계 약 480 억원 (약 42 억 3000 만엔)을 지급
하여왔다. 판결에 대해 한국 외교 장관은 "판결이 갖는 의미와 관련 조치에 대해 관계 부처와
검토하겠다 "고 신중한 말투이다.
따라서 원고 및 지원 변호사들은 다른 5 개있는 소송과 새로운 제소에서 유사한 판결을
쌓아 것으로, 한국 정부에 압력을 가할 생각이다. 장 完 날개 (장 왕 간다) 변호사는
