中古の米国車シボレー2台を韓国、中国経由で北朝鮮に不正輸出したとして、兵庫、三重両県警は31日、外為法違反容疑で、朝鮮籍で三重県桑名市の元輸出業、潘鐘泰容疑者(75)=日本名・星野光三=を逮捕した。「間違いない」と容疑を認めているという。

 両県警は、北朝鮮側が特権階級向けの車を調達しようと、潘容疑者に輸出を依頼したとみて調べる。

 逮捕容疑は平成22年5月、経済産業相の許可を受けないまま、中古の米GM社製乗用車「シボレー・アストロ」2台(輸出申告価格計70万円)を大阪南港から韓国・釜山と中国・大連を経由し、北朝鮮に輸出したとしている。

 兵庫県警によると、兵庫、鳥取両県警が昨年4月に着手した別の外為法違反事件の捜査の過程で潘容疑者の不正が発覚した。日本政府は21年6月以降、拉致事件や核実験を理由に北朝鮮向けの輸出を全面禁止にしている。
